On September 27, the outdoor quality development training for students of the Youth League Committee of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University was held in the Baihe Valley at the border of Huairou County and Miyun County, Beijing. More than 130 students from junior and senior high schools participated in the training。

After arriving at the destination, all students first completed the cultural construction of their own department team under the organization and command of the quality development teacher。During this period, the students crossed the sea and showed their strengths. They successively designed their own team name, team logo, team flag and team slogan with their own team characteristics, and detailed the specific division of labor of each member of the team to meet the challenges of various tasks in the next。

After the completion of the team building, enter the formal canyon crossing phase，In the process of crossing, all students and different departments fully communicate and help each other，Successfully completed a number of difficult tasks such as insect photo collection, leaf puzzle team logo, and team posture fixation，Finally, through the successful completion of the task, I earned points to use for the next exchange for lunch ingredients。

During the lunch picnic, each team of students completed the points exchange of food materials, independently buried POTS and stoves, coordinated cooking and cooking, and harvested the fruits obtained by their own labor。When making lunch, not only the team members work together, but also the teams help each other, share their achievements and share each other's joy。

In the afternoon of the same day, the students completed the remaining canyon crossing activities, during which they also learned a variety of necessary survival skills in the field such as simple stretcher making and wound dressing. They helped each other and carried out efficient cooperation, showing the good collective consciousness and spiritual outlook of our students。At about 4 p.m., the Outdoor Quality development team successfully crossed the White River Canyon and set out to return to school。
